I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was large and roomy, with a quieter river-facing location, but it was disappointing to find leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest that was not addressed despite two complaints.

The hotel rooms were extremely comfortable and easily accessible, despite being overcrowded by furniture. The great AC and the presence of a fridge and coffee maker were definite pluses. However, dealing with the traffic noise through the night was a bit challenging.

It was ideal for my purpose of travel, offering a nice view of the tidal bore and ample amenities. However, the location was a bit inconvenient due to the hodge-podge of stairs outside the bathroom, especially on two cold winter nights.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, providing a view of the 'Chocolate river. ' The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful during my visit. The location was perfect for exploring the tidal bore and high tides at Hopewell Rocks, and the dining experience offered lots of choices. The facilities were great, and overall, it was a fantastic value for money.
